My name is Mike Grollman.  I am a technical writer, business plan writer, business analyst, and instructional designer/developer.

In addition to the development of user documentation and training, both paper-based
and on-line, for a variety of Fortune 500 clients in New Jersey, my most recent business
venture is the development and writing of Business Plans, on a contractual basis, for
start-up technology ventures.

I have worked in a wide variety of industries and have an extensive background in
outsourcing services, telecommunications, managed health care, human resource
services, and insurance.

I am currently working as a contract technical writer for American Reinsurance in Princeton, New Jersey.
