In addition to the development of user documentation and training, both paper-based
and on-line, for a variety of Fortune 500 clients in New Jersey, my most recent business
venture is the development and writing of Business Plans, on a contractual basis, for
start-up technology ventures. In addition, I have been a staff writer for the business website Pro2Net.com and am currently a book reviewer for the publishing industry publication BookPage.
I have worked in a wide variety of industries and have an extensive background in
outsourcing services, telecommunications, managed health care, human resource
services, and insurance.
